PLYMOUTH MEETING, September 14, 2010 – State Sen. Daylin Leach (D-Delaware/Montgomery) announced that he will team up with Ageless Exercise to present his 2nd annual Senior Exercise Expo Friday, September 24th from 8:30 – 11:30 a.m.
The event, held at the Greater Plymouth Community Center, will provide seniors of the 17th Senatorial District with useful information about health, wellness and other important issues.
“Last year’s senior expo was an enjoyable experience for guests, and I have no doubt that tradition will continue,” Leach said. “This year we will focus on the importance of exercise and the multitude of benefits that it provides to the mind and body.”
Local, state and federal agencies will display exhibits and offer information about consumer protection, health, social security, transportation, revenue, public safety and other issues that matter to older Pennsylvanians. In addition, the event will include complimentary refreshments, door prizes, and other special programs.
