Leach: Teen Dating Violence Poster Contest and Reception a Success
KING OF PRUSSIA, February 10, 2012 – State Sen. Daylin Leach (D-Delaware/Montgomery) today extended his thanks to the guests of last night’s reception honoring the winners of Laurel House's 2011 Dating Violence Prevention and Awareness Poster Contest.
The reception, held at his King of Prussia office, recognized the winners of a contest asking Montgomery County high school students to create posters raising awareness for teen dating violence. Leach Reacts to Impact Fee Passage and Budget Address
HARRISBURG, February 7, 2012 – State Sen. Daylin Leach (D-Delaware/Montgomery) released statements about today’s events, including the Senate passage of House Bill 1950 and Governor Corbett’s budget address.
House Bill 1950 would, if signed into law, impose an impact fee upon drillers for 15 years, distributing 60 per¬cent of earned rev¬enue to local municipalities and offering the rest to var¬i¬ous state agencies. » Read More
