State Senator Daylin Leach (D-17) and State Representative Brian Ellis (R-11) are co-sponsoring this resolution to applaud the effectiveness of one-to-one, evidence-based mentoring programs in the Commonwealth. July 8, 2009 - Sen. Daylin Leach gathered with supporters at the Capitol Building to introduce Senate Bill 935 which would offer full and equal marriage rights to same-sex couples in Pennsylvania. Under the bill, Pennsylvania would also recognize same-sex marriages conducted in other states. ^ |
